You’ll also partner with senior leaders and manage stakeholders, contribute troubleshooting expertise, and play a direct role in the evolution of our culture and operations as we continue to grow. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid schedule based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Must Haves

· 5-10 years of people management experience

· Proven success leading a team through a significant workstream, project, or program

· Experience managing a project end-to-end, including strategy, budgeting, and delivery

· Strong project/program management experience and consulting skills with a passion for delivering a quality product

· An ability to leverage technology to deliver lasting business change by leading workstreams that follow the software development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)

· A proven ability to build strong and trusted relationships with Fortune 500 clients

· Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate complex ideas persuasively & concisely

· A desire to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders

· Active Top Secret Clearance
