Silverthread Inc. today announced a new partnership with Synopsys, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNPS) in creating Synopsys’ Design Quality Audit service, a unique service offering for review of software assets as part of an M&A review. Through this collaboration, Silverthread provides its unsurpassed technology to Synopsys’ Black Duck Audit Services group to power the group’s Design Quality Audit (DQA) service.
